Our Gibson Team Family has a large group of deaf and hearing-impaired individuals under the capable direction of Francine Ferrance. David Gibson’s vision of “People Helping People” and his unique leadership style – which empowers other groups – is a perfect match for Francine and her team. They are happy to be part of the Gibson “Success Story!”
Because Deaf people do best with a visual language, this section was created to answer their questions with American Sign Language (ASL) videos as opposed to written text. Deaf members are encouraged to view the videos before contacting Francine with further questions.
